OCEAN CITY SENIOR WEEK RENTALS

There are many places to stay in Ocean City for your Senior Week.   Why stay with us? Let's start with location.   We cover the beach with a variety of locations.   Prefer to stay downtown near the Inlet and Boardwalk.   We offer Parrot Isles Townhouses and Jocelyn Manor Condos between 5th and 8th Street just steps from all the action such as the H2O Club (the Under 21 Dance Club).   Choose a condo for groups up to 8 or move up to a Townhouse if your group is up to 14. (The Townhouses are side by side so we can easily handle much larger groups in two adjacent units.)
Moving up the beach, we offer deluxe Suites at the Coconut Malorie on 59th Street; Three bedroom oceanfront units at the Carousel, Sea Watch, Capri, and Golden Sands; two bedroom direct oceanfront units at the Carousel, Golden Sands and Century One; and a direct oceanfront one bedroom unit at the Golden Sands.   When considering possible locations for Senior Week, remember that all of our locations provide quick and easy access to amenities everywhere in Ocean City through our efficient bus system.   Fares are $1 per trip or $3 for unlimited trips during the day and evening.   Buses run up and down Coastal Highway 24 hours per day and are scheduled every 7-10 minutes through the day and evening.   Since all of our high rise condos are located right on Coastal Highway, destinations from the Delaware line all the way to the South End of the Island are just a few minutes from your door.

The table below provides information on all of our units.   Using the information on size, location and features, select the unit that best matches your needs and click on the hyperlinked Unit name.   This will take you to the web page for that unit where you will see a detailed description of the unit, a listing of the amenities in the building and unit, and photos taken in and from the unit.   If you like the unit, click on tab at the bottom of the web page.   Enter the Saturday you would like to arrive if you selected a Saturday to Saturday unit or the Sunday arrival date if you clicked on Sunday to Sunday unit.   Tap the "Full Week" icon and the system will tell you if the unit is open that week and the rates.   If you would like to resrve the unit, just click the RESERVE button and follow instructions.   If nothing is available for that week or you would like to see other units, just click the BACK button on your browser until you get back to this page.
